UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces and improving the user experience across our digital platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to turn ideas into visually appealing and intuitive designs that enhance user engagement.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct user research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
2. Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
3. Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to capture user insights.
4. Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile applications.
5. Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
6. Collaborate with developers to implement and validate designs.
7. Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and user flows.
8. Conduct usability testing to refine designs and enhance user satisfaction.
9. Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing results.
10. Keep up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
11. Explore new tools and technologies to improve design efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

1. 1-3 years of experience in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) design
2. Design Thinking and User Research skills
3. Prototyping skills
4. Experience in creating user-centric design solutions
5. Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects
6. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
